Hi, I'm Natalie. The Principal CBT Therapist and Mindfulness Teacher behind Mindful CBT.
I wanted to create a space where accessing therapy is no big deal...where it's seen as something as normal as going to the doctor for a broken arm or seeing a physio for a bad back. We look after our body, eyes and teeth, we tend to our hair, skin and nails, why not do the same for our precious minds...
It's so important we look after our mental health and there's nothing more helpful than talking to a qualified therapist or learning mindfulness skills that last a lifetime. I'm glad you're here!
